Jeremy, Melanie and Kiddos

Again I have no clue why the pictures and text are doing what they are doing. It looks good when I'm putting the text/pictures in but when I publish the post it get's all weird. Hmmmm

We are so thankful that Atalia is a wondeful big sister. She is always wanting to hold Taven. She is such a mother hen, it's pretty cute.

Daddy and Taven ( 7 weeks)

Mommy and Taven (7 weeks)

Dedication

Taven was dedicated a couple of weeks ago. There was alot of family and friends to help us celebrate this special occasion.

No Clue

Ok..I'm not sure why my pictures show up all crazy on my post but I really don't care that much and don't have the time to figure it out..Sorry!

Not a fan of Santa

Taven didn't mind Santa

Sprinkle Overload

Shhh. Don't tell Atalia but the cookies she made were gross! There were so many sprinkles on them it felt like biting into a rock. Ha! She was very proud of her cookies and so was mommy and daddy.

Dollhouse Fun

Put some pants on chick! Atalia loves to run around naked. It seems like every kid likes to do this ...(right?) Ha! She is playing with her new dollhouse she got for Christmas that she just loves.

Snow Time Fun

Ok, I have been really behind at posting pictures to my blog. Please forgive me I have a newborn. Gees, I wonder how much longer I can use that excuse.. ! Here are a couple of pictures of Atalia having fun in the snow.

Big Sister

Atalia has been such a great big sister. She really wants to help out with everything, yeah! It's totally different around the house but it's alot of fun. Wow, what a difference it his to have a boy. I think I have been peed on at least 4 times. He has got the wall and almost Atalia, she just laughed and said "silly Taven, almost peed on me".

Harrison Addition with NO DRUGS!!

Here is our brand new addition to the Harrison family. Taven Greigh Harrison was born November 6th at 5:59am. 7 pounds 6 oz and 19" long. It was a crazy day! Contractions started around 12:30 am and around 2:30am I woke Jeremy up and told him that "i think i'm having contractions". Around 4:30am we called my sister Shayla and asked her to come to stay with Atalia. Once she got there the contractions were horrible and we made it to the hospital by 5:00am. I was dialated to a 6 and within 10 min I was an 8. Once the doctor got there I was able to push and Taven was born at 5:59 with NO DRUGS. I really can't believe it myself. I was all for the epidural. Jeremy was trained to demand drugs for me once we walked into the hospital. They told me because this was happening so fast I wouldn't be able to have any drugs. I was screaming "give me drugs...."..They didn't listen to me. We are all home and doing great. He had his first dr. appt check up and looks wonderful. He is now 7 pounds 10oz..Yeah!

Misc Photos 2

Labor Day Weekend

Our family took a mini-vacation to Minneapolis. We had a blast! We took
Atalia to the Mn Zoo and the MN Childrens Museum which is four floors of fun. We even had time to visit some friends so that was an extra treat. Here are some misc. pictures of our weekend.

My Turtles

Gymnastics

What a blast Atalia had last night at her 1st gymnastics class. I highly recommend this for all the kiddos I know! She jumped on the trampoline, jumped in the pit full of foam blocks, did a hundred somersaults and handstands. You name it she tried it! Super Cute! Check out her "diva" leotard...

Daddy and Atalia Pictures

Look at me I'm way up high!

Daddy doing the airplane with me!!

Birthday Present

Jeremy and Atalia have been busy making me my birthday present. What a wonderful present it is. They went to "Clay Your Way" here in Fargo and painted a popcorn bowl for me. I love my popcorn and now I have my very own special bowl. How cool is that! What a great husband for taking his daughter to do something like this. I guess Atalia had a blast. Jeremy wouldn't tell me where he was taking Atalia one night so when they got home I asked her what they did. She told me she painted a star for me. So, I kind of had an idea but didn't know it was going to be this cool!

It says: Mom's Popcorn

Hands Off!!

Atalia's handprints are in the inside of the bowl, too cute!

I can't believe it!

Jeremy and I are officially "old". We traded are little SUV for a MINI-VAN! Yes, you read that correctly a mini-van. It was kind of a spur-of-the moment type deal. I had a meeting that got cancelled and so I drove through the car dealership. I spotted a mini-van that looked to be a great deal. The more I thought about it the idea of having a bigger vehicle wasn't such a bad idea. We do have another one coming and we bring our dog Sasha with us everywhere and come November we wouldn't all fit in the truck. We are still very shocked and look out our house window and say "holy buckets, we own a mini-van". It's kind of funny but so far we love it. We joined the mini-van club. Whoo hoo!

Swimming Lessons

Oh my goodness this kid is not afraid of the water at all! However, she scares the bajeebers out of me. She had such a blast with daddy last night at swimming lessons. She was really showing off for Papa and Mamis. They drove 45 min one way to watch Atalia swim for 30 minutes. Is that love or what!! Here is a video of her going down the slide.

New "bump" picture

It feels more like a mountain but that's ok because I feel great. I really do enjoy being pregnant. I know I must be nuts! Now only if I could talk Jeremy into having more that 2 kids! I will have to work on that one.

2 year picture "sneak peaks"

Our photographer emailed me some "sneak peaks" of Atalia's photo shoot. Well, I guess I was wrong, there are a couple of good ones in there. I can't wait to see the rest of them!
